New Age Offset up to10-Color Sheet Fed Services
We are recognized as a leader in the delivery of the highest quality print materials and products on behalf of our clients. We have recently installed two new state of the art presses. First is a 41" 6 color plus coater with interdeck uv. The second press is a 10 color plus coater with a roll to sheet feeder and capability to print 5 over 5 plus coat or 10 color plus coat in one pass. The benefits are too numerous to mention here. Short Run Digital Color
Our two new HP Indigo 3050 7-color digital press gives us the ability to deliver cost effective high quality short run color printing for certain applications.
This device also works as its own proofer and has the ability to print PMS colors and screen builds.

Perfecting
Perfecting is the process of printing 2 sides of a press sheet in one pass.
While many in our industry have shied away from this technology, our veteran Cedar Graphics team has been perfecting 1 to 4 color two sides for over 20 years. The benefits to you are many. Perfecting can cut press checks in half, allow for faster delivery times and more economical pricing without any degradation in quality. We now have the ability to print 5/5+coat in one pass on our new KBA 11 unit press. Additionally, now we can print from roll stock, making the process even more economical. You could say that at Cedar Graphics, we have perfected perfecting.

Finishing

Die Cutting
Most printers send die cutting to a third party. At Cedar Graphics, we prefer to control this manufacturing process. We have the capability to perform jobs that require complex die cutting. Folding, gluing, perforating, and scoring are performed in-house.

UV Printing Capability
Having the tools and expertise to offer alternative methods to conventional printing is critical in today’s marketplace. To accommodate the growing requirement to print on non-paper substrates such as vinyl, styrene, clear polypropylene, PVC, foils and other materials, Cedar Graphics has responded by adding the equipment to get the job done.
Our new KBA Rapida 105 press leads the charge in larger format UV curing applications. We have the ability to print with UV or hybrid UV inks as well as gloss or dull UV coatings, spot or flood with immediate drying (curing) results. For you, the customer, this means high impact, high quality, unique applications and immediate processing. No more waiting days or weeks for your job to be delivered!
Some of the products that apply to the UV curing process are: point of purchase displays, outdoor signage, wraps, clear packaging, phone and credit cards, shelf talkers, magnets, stickers and an endless amount of specialty applications. Keep in mind that UV formulated inks create an outstanding effect on uncoated papers as well.
Cedar Graphics can also do small format shorter quantity runs - static or variable color on our HP Indigo digital presses. One of our trained sales representatives will be happy to send you samples and explain how this technology can help your business.
