Should I be employed by the Company, I agree to conform to rules and regulations established by the Company, and agree that as an “at will” employee, my employment and compensation can be terminated at any time for any, or no reason with, or without notice at the option of either the Company or myself. I understand that no manager, supervisor or representative, other than the President, has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified time period or to make any agreement contrary to this. Any agreement for employment for any specified period of time must be in writing and signed by the President.
I further understand that any handbooks, manuals, policies, and procedures maintained by CEDAR GRAPHICS, INC. are not contractual in nature and may be amended or abolished at the sole discretion of CEDAR GRAPHICS, INC. at any time.
Pursuant to the Immigration and Reform Control Act, CEDAR GRAPHICS, INC. will employ only those individuals who are eligible to work in the United States. Accordingly, upon hiring, all new employees will be required to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the United States by completing INS Form I-9. Failure to demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States will result in termination or revocation of the offer of employment.
As a requirement for employment with Cedar Graphics, Inc. I have been informed and understand that I must take a physical exam and drug test by urinalysis if an offer of employment is made. The successful completion of a drug screening test is mandatory. I understand that I will be given a reasonable opportunity to rebut or explain the results of a drug test. I further understand that refusal to submit to a drug test will end consideration of my application for employment with Cedar Graphics, Inc.
